The Role

We're growing — and that's a wonderful thing. We're looking for a dedicated, proactive Early Childhood Educator to join our warm and experienced team across our Nursery and Toddler rooms. You'll help shape the wonder of a child's earliest years — designing meaningful experiences, nurturing confident learners, and building the kind of relationships that families never forget.

This role is available as 5 days per week or a 9-day fortnight — we're happy to discuss what works best for you.

What you'll do

• Implement educational programs that respond to each child's individual needs, interests, and developmental stage

• Build genuine, meaningful relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where everyone belongs

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment every single day

Who You Are

• You hold or are currently studying a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education

• You have experience in the early years and a strong understanding of child development — or you're eager to learn and ready to hit the ground running

• You're proactive, creative, and energetic — someone who thrives in a busy, stimulating environment

• You're genuinely passionate about fostering a love of learning and helping children grow into confident, capable little humans

• You're flexible and adaptable — comfortable working across different age groups and embracing the variety that brings

• You value a calm, respectful, drama free workplace and take pride in maintaining a professional, team focused approach every day.
