We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to help shape the next stage of the service's journey.

As Educational Leader, you will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to drive curriculum quality, mentor educators, and support the implementation of the approved learning framework. You will champion reflective practice, encourage professional growth, and help create meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation of high-quality educational programs.
Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practices and outcomes for children.
Guide curriculum planning, documentation, and assessment processes.
Promote reflective practice and continuous improvement across the centre.
Support educators to embed the approved learning frameworks into daily practice.
Monitor educational quality and contribute to Quality Improvement Plan initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the broader community.
Work collaboratively with the Centre Director to achieve educational and operational goals.
An ACECQA approved Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and implementing the QIP
Experience mentoring and leading educators
A collaborative, reflective leadership style
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Current WWCC or VIT, First aid training, Mandatory reporting and Police check
