We're searching for an enthusiastic, energetic and passionate Diploma-qualified Educator (or currently working towards your Diploma) to join our amazing team in a full-time HERO role!

Our HERO (Helping Every Room Out) is a valued floating educator who supports children, educators and classrooms across our Centre. Every day is different!

We're looking for someone who

Holds (or is actively working towards) a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care Applicants currently studying toward the Diploma must have completed at least Certificate III.
Loves working as part of a supportive team
Has a positive attitude and brings great energy each day
Is reliable, flexible and ready to jump in wherever needed
Builds genuine relationships with children and families
Wants to make a real difference every single day
Current Blue Card
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate GECCKO Child Safety Training completed

Casual Relief Educators Also Wanted

We are always looking for flexible and reliable casual educators to support our team across all age groups.

Casual Position Details

Flexible hours ranging from 0–40 hours per week

On-call availability preferred

Centre operating hours: 6:30am – 6:30pm

With a team of 50 educators, casual support is highly valued for illness, leave cover and busy periods.

Important Information

A 6-month probation period applies

Successful applicants will require a current suitability card (if not already held)

Suitability cards will be renewed by the Centre after a minimum of 12 months employment

Applicants must:

Be permanent residents of Australia

Have strong English communication skills

Live within a reasonable travel distance to the Centre

Be able to travel to the Centre within 45 minutes of their residence
