At ACPE, we are looking for a Student Enrolment Advisor who brings real experience in student recruitment, lead nurturing, and managing a student pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who understands the higher‑education or VET landscape and can confidently guide prospective students from enquiry through to enrolment. You will be working in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment, so we are seeking someone who can learn quickly, adapt fast, and step into the role with minimal ramp‑up time. We are seeking a motivated service driven Student Enrolment Advisor to help guide prospective students through their journey and support the achievement of our enrolment targets.
As the first point of contact for future ACPE students, you will be the voice, heart, and momentum behind their journey. You will combine relationship‑building, sales capability, and service excellence to convert interest into enrolment while working in a supportive, innovative, and values driven environment.
You will collaborate with passionate teams across the College and use digital and AI enhanced tools to streamline your work and elevate your impact.
Advising prospective students on courses, applications, and enrolment pathways.
Managing and converting leads through our CRM (Salesforce) to meet enrolment targets.
Delivering exceptional service across phone, email, online, and face to face channels.
Supporting marketing and recruitment events both on campus and externally.
Maintaining accurate, up to date recruitment collateral across digital and print channels.
Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Using data insights to identify trends and contribute to recruitment strategy.
Supporting and engaging with the ACPE Student Ambassador team.
Strong call centre and consultative sales experience with customer service.
Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or education sales (higher‑ed or VET highly regarded).
Confidence, warmth, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded).
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
Ability to work to KPIs and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Tech savvy mindset with confidence using digital and AI‑enhanced tools.
Valid Working with Children Check and Valid NSW Driver’s License.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the role with minimal ramp‑up time.
Desirable: Experience in higher education, student recruitment, student facing events.
