We are seeking a nurturing, caring, energetic, and motivated, qualified & experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team in AMIGA Montessori.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of early childhood education programs. You will create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. This role requires a Commitment to high-quality education and care, compliance with the Children’s Services Award 2010, and alignment with the values and philosophy of AMIGA Montessori.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality education and care to children in a safe and nurturing environment. 
• Observe, monitor and document children's learning, development and wellbeing. 
• Support children's learning, social development and positive behaviour. 
• Supervise children and ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times. 
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. 
• Assist in the implementation of educational programs and learning experiences. 
• Maintain a clean, safe and engaging learning environment. 
• Work in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and service policies.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

•  Relevant Childcare qualification for the position is preferred
•  A current First Aid certificate
•  Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
•  Excellent computer Skills
•  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•  A strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence
•  A high level of professionalism with the ability to take their own initiative in their work
