Your Role as a Childcare Educator:

* Inspire young minds with your enthusiasm and commitment to quality education.

* Cultivate and document children’s skills and interests, following a reflective cycle of practice.

About You:

* Hold a Cert III or Diploma qualification in Children’s Services (ACECQA approved).

* Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications.

* Valid Blue Card (or equivalent state requirements).

* Minimum 1 years of experience in an early childhood setting.

* Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).

* Excellent communication skills and confidence in building partnerships with children and families.
