Task & responsibilities

Standard tasks & responsibilities for a Diploma qualified childcare worker.

Qualification & experience

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have experience working within a childcare centre, and have a Diploma-level certificate or be able to obtain one;
• Be able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
• Ensure that Oxanda’s philosophy, policies and procedures are upheld and implemented;
• Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, NQF, NQS, State and Commonwealth Regulations;
