Task & responsibilities

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and delivering high-quality educational programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Creating a calm, inspiring environment that encourages curiosity and a love of learning.
• Documenting children’s development and celebrating their achievements.
• Supporting the centre’s philosophy and continuous improvement goals.
• Mentoring team members and contributing to a positive team culture.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and frameworks.

Qualification & experience

What we’re looking for:

• Proactive, passionate, and ready to grow with us.
• A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Up-to-date Child Protection training.
• Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine love for early childhood education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
