Plan and deliver engaging programs aligned with the EYLF
Create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children
Lead room routines and mentor junior educators
Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development
Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the team
Ensure compliance with NQS and centre policies
Champion a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualification & experience

Qualification & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
A minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education
Current Working with Children Check
First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for early childhood education and commitment to fostering a positive team culture
