Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality education and care for children, fostering their development and learning.
• Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate educational programs.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve practices and outcomes.

Requirements

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum qualification) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. 
• At least 3 years of experience working in early childhood education.
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and the needs of young learners.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for fostering curiosity and a lifelong love of learning in children.
