Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Coordinating the educational, administrative, and academic operations of the Institute.
  • Researching, developing, implementing, reviewing, and evaluating educational and administrative policies.
  • Liaising with staff, students, parents, and the wider community to support educational outcomes.
  • Providing advice to staff and students on policies, procedures, and academic matters.
  • Consulting with academic and administrative staff to plan and coordinate educational programs.
  • Identifying and addressing current and future needs for student and staff development.
  • Monitoring and evaluating curriculum delivery and student outcomes to inform improvements.
  • Researching educational systems and keep abreast of new developments in vocational education.
  • Developing and delivering professional development and training programs for teaching staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, RTO, and CRICOS requirements in all educational operations.
  • Preparing reports and submissions on educational performance, student outcomes, and program effectiveness.

Qualification & experience

Qualification and Skills Required

  • Qualification in Education, Educational Management, or a related field (Bachelor, or higher degree).
  • Strong understanding of vocational education (VET), RTO compliance, and CRICOS requirements.
  • Ability to develop, implement, review, and evaluate educational policies and procedures.
  • Experience leading and coordinating academic and administrative staff, including professional development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with students, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor student outcomes and curriculum effectiveness.
  • Ability to identify and address student and staff development needs.
  • Knowledge of contemporary educational systems, trends, and innovations.
  • Experience in planning and delivering training programs for educators is desirable.

 

Experience Required: At least one year experience in managing educational programs, academic operations, and administrative processes.

 

Good Salary Package: (AUD 80,000 plus Super)
