We are looking for Early Childhood Teachers  to join our centers in NSW, VIC, ACT, TAS, NT, WA, QLD

The Early Childhood Teacher needs  to have the   knowledge and pedagogical practice that provokes, engages and facilitates an intentional, meaningful, responsive, child centered educational program.

You are required to have the ability to lead and communicate effectively (both verbal and written), develop strong trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Strong organisational skills, time management and the ability to foster collaboration and work part of an enthusiastic team are attributes we are looking for. Experience and skills leading, guiding and mentoring a team with a positive disposition, forward thinking and good energy is essential.

Duties and Responsabilities:

• Leading, guiding and supporting a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care.
• Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led inquires,and positive experiences within our community.
• Working in accordance with the requirements of the Childrens (Educational and Care Services National Law Application) Bill 2010, Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Regulations and the National quality Standar for Early Rducation and Care.
• Working in accordance with the code of ethics of the Early Childhood Australia
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to other educators and staff in all areas of service
• Facilitating the implementation of contemporary, research based precticesat the service
