We are looking for Child Care Worker Lead Educator  to join our centers in NSW, VIC, ACT, TAS, NT, WA, QLD

The Lead Educator is essential for daily learning program delivery, team mentoring, and classroom leadership. They work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure smooth operations and quality outcomes. The role supports high-quality education, builds family relationships, ensures compliance, and drives team performance – all crucial to the Centre’s success.

The Educator is responsible for:

• Plans and implements developmentally appropiate, inclusive and challenging program provisions based on a comprehensive understanding of the approved learning framework
• Mantaints a healthy enviroment by contributing to daily clening procedures to a high standar and documents these as required
• Engages in spontaneous and planned play with individual and groups of childrens
• Contributes to the centre's quality improvement plan
