Task & Responsibilities

Strong communication and relationship building skills
Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
Keen interest in and/or passion for embedding and modelling the RIE approach
Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice and ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
Ability and motivation to build positive relationships and meaningful connections with other Early Childhood professionals, families, children and the wider community
Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service.

Qualification & Experience

Valid NSW Working with Children Check
Early Childhood qualification that is nationally approved by ACECQA
Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
Minimum of 3 years full-time, post qualification work experience as a Team Leader, or considerable experience as an Educator in an Early Childhood setting.

Salary range is between $65,000 and $74,000 plus Superannuation.
