Task & Responsibilities

Standard tasks & responsibilities for a Diploma qualified childcare worker.

Qualification & Experience

To be considered for this role, you must:

Have experience working within a childcare centre, and have a Diploma-level certificate or be able to obtain one;
Be able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
Ensure that Oxanda’s philosophy, policies and procedures are upheld and implemented;
Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, NQF, NQS, State and Commonwealth Regulations;

Our screening process includes but is not limited to, Professional reference checks, Criminal Records Checks, Working with Children Checks and checks of Social media accounts.
