Kindamindi located in Bondi seeks a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher. This position is for a qualified and experienced Early Childhood teacher preschool team leader, leading and delivering the program delivery.

Task & responsibilities

Leading curriculum planning in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and the Kindamindi philosophy
Mentoring and supporting educators in the preschool room
Ensuring compliance with all educational and regulatory standards
Establishing strong communication and relationships with families and children
Coordinating routines and transitions in the preschool room
Attending leadership meetings and contributing to centre-wide planning

Qualification & experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent

Valid working with children check

Holds registration or has the ability to obtain registration as an Early Childhood teacher

At least one year of experience in a similar role or setting

KindaMindi Centre

Kindimindi is a small long day care centre on the border of Bondi and Tamarama, in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. The centre nurtures and cares for children from 6 months up to 6 years old. The preschool education program includes components to prepare for transition to primary school and includes delivery of curriculum aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
