We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to help children develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually.

Task & responsibilities

• Plan, document, and implement educational programs and curriculums that comply with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Structure learning environments to support the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
• Observe and record children’s growth, behavior, and progress to tailor learning experiences to individual needs.
• Discuss children’s progress with parents and guardians and participate in parent-teacher interviews.
• Supervise children at all times, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being are prioritized.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a holistic approach to the children's care and education.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and center events.

Qualification & experience

• Qualification: Minimum of a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher relevant qualification recognised by ACECQA).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as an Early Childhood Teacher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid/CPR Certificates.
