About the role Active Kids Group is seeking passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our dynamic team across all of our following locations: Bondi Vaucluse Cottage North Bondi (Clyde St) Rosebay Edgecliff Woollahra What you'll be doing Plan and implement engaging educational programs that support the cognitive, physical, social and emotional development of children Ensure a safe, caring and inclusive environment for all children in your care Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with them to meet the individual needs of each child Observe and document children's progress, adjusting programs to suit their changing needs and interests Comply with all regulatory requirements and adhere to Active Kids Group's policies and procedures Actively participate in team meetings, training and professional development opportunities What we're looking for Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care Demonstrated experience working as an Early Childhood Educator in a long day care or community-based setting Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience working as an Early Childhood Educator in a long day care or community-based setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families and colleagues A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively A current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate Legal right to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa) What we offer At Active Kids Group, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
