Oban College Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff and student services. The role is vital in maintaining an efficient, professional, and student-focused learning environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Contribute to the planning, review and improvement of office services, administrative systems, and operational procedures.</li><li>Allocate administrative resources, office space, equipment and support services to ensure efficient operations.</li><li>Supervise administrative staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide training and guidance.</li><li>Manage office records, student administration documentation, accounts, and internal reporting processes.</li><li>Liaise with management, trainers, students, education agents, and external stakeholders to support business operations and resolve administrative matters.</li><li>Coordinate student enrolment and administrative support activities to ensure efficient service delivery.</li><li>Ensure office facilities, equipment, and supplies are maintained and available for daily operations.</li><li>Monitor compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and organisational policies.</li><li>Ensure administrative activities comply with relevant government legislation and education sector regulatory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate personnel activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, and staff development.</li><li>Maintain accurate compliance and quality assurance records to support the college's operational and regulatory obligations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Office Manager, Administration Manager, or similar administrative leadership role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of office administration, staff supervision, record management, and business operations.</li><li>Ability to work independently, lead administrative teams, and support organisational objectives in a dynamic environment.</li></ul>
