We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at 25 McCord Street, Wondai QLD 4606. In this role, you will design, implement, and evaluate dynamic educational programs in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) to support the holistic development of young children. <h3>Benefits</h3>Opportunity to build a career in early childhood education and play a leadership role within the centre and in the local community <h3>Task & responsibilities</h3><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Plan, deliver, and assess child-centred educational programs based on EYLF and NQS principles.</li><li>Create a safe, inclusive, interactive, and stimulating learning environment.</li><li>Assess, document, and report on individual children's learning and development progress.</li><li>Build positive, collaborative relationships with families, staff, and the local Wondai community.</li><li>Maintain strict compliance with state and national early childhood education regulations and safety standards.</li></ul> <h3>Qualification & experience</h3><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Qualification:&nbsp;Bachelor or Graduate Diploma of Education (Early Childhood) or higher, or an equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.</li><li>Certifications:&nbsp;Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates.</li><li>Clearances:&nbsp;Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).</li><li>Experience:&nbsp;Minimum 1 year of practical experience in an early childhood education setting.</li></ul>
